Our Policies and Procedures
Service Agreement: You enroll in services with College-Cents for the purpose of preparing for the college search and application process. You understand that capacity is limited and there are only a certain amount of available staff hours. Therefore, all enrollments and appointments offered are on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients can make their appointments online for up to 30 days before their requested time.
Payment Policy: Payments for all professional services are due in full upon the signing of the contract agreement. You must pay the entire fee at the time of enrollment with one of the payment methods offered for the service. For a client with payment options, the Client agrees to adhere to the terms and payment schedule cited in their contract. For all services, payment and the completed contract and forms must be received before the commencement of professional services. For the convenience of our client families, College-Cents accepts payment by cash, checks, or, credit or debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express).
Student Withdrawals or Refunds: We do not offer refunds for college planning retainers nor do we offer refunds for online courses offered by College-Cents.
Appointments: All student services are scheduled by private appointment only . The student may choose in-house or online appointments. Online appointments are available.
